Procurement & General Manager

Overview:
Responsible for overseeing supplier relationships, stock purchasing, pricing strategy, and operational governance for Roseking’s African food store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with local and international suppliers
• Oversee procurement planning, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy
• Ensure all import, food safety, and retail compliance standards are met
• Review pricing, cost control, and supplier contracts
• Maintain all procurement documentation and regulatory records
• Lead and support store operations, aligning procurement with business goals

Ideal Candidate:
Strong procurement experience, excellent negotiation and supplier management skills, retail or FMCG background, and ability to oversee business operations end-to-end.
